Novex Commerce LLC is an e-commerce operations and brand development company focused on building and scaling direct-to-consumer brands in international markets.

Our work combines two core activities. First, we develop and operate our own e-commerce brands — from identifying product opportunities and launching stores to scaling customer acquisition and eventually exiting brands when they reach maturity. This hands-on experience allows us to continuously test and refine real e-commerce systems.

Second, we support entrepreneurs and founders who want to build e-commerce brands. Through consulting, operational guidance, and structured brand development frameworks, we help founders launch and scale e-commerce businesses using proven processes.
